Tuesday, October 24” crazy socks, not crazy choices” wear crazy socks
*Our students know how to be individuals and stand out in the right way.
Wednesday, October 25 “Teaming up for our future ” students wear athletic/sports team clothing
*consider role models and the choices they made to succeed
Thursday, October 26 “Dress for Success Day” Students wear dress clothes or dream career clothes
*Making good choices helps you become who you want to be
Friday, October 27 “Hats off to staying drug-free” school spirit wear + students can wear hats
*Panthers help each other make good choices. (focus on friendship/peer pressure)
Also, on Monday, we will be watching the broadcast of NPES’s chat with the International Space Station. We will be eating lunch in our classrooms and our time will be later, so no visitors for lunch on that day.
Additionally, on Friday in reading, we will celebrate the end of our Word Detectives unit by having Flashlight Friday. Each student can bring a flashlight with which to read. I will have extra flashlights just in case they are needed.
Our IT person, Chad Austin, has created the links for Redbird and iRead on the NPES webpage:
http://school.fultonschools.org/es/newprospect/Pages/default.aspx
Hover over the students tab and a dropdown box will appear. There are a few ways to get to the programs.
If you click on iRead it will take you to HMH central. This is iRead! Login and click on the iRead button.
For Redbird, make sure you use Google Chrome to open the NPES webpage. Under the students tab, click Redbird and login.
If you use Launchpad, sign in on that page. Next you will see the icons page. If you want to use iRead, click on HMH Central and then iRead. If you want Redbird, click it. You will not need to sign in again, but you will need to be in Google Chrome.
